• If your uploaded credit/debit card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or canceled, you need to submit a letter from the issuing bank confirming the card is no longer valid.
• If the newly uploaded card has not been used for funding prior to requesting a withdrawal, you need to deposit a small amount to activate the withdrawal facility on this card.
• WaveTrade may request supporting documentation (e.g., deposit receipts or card statements showing deposit transactions) before releasing funds to the new card.
• To withdraw an amount exceeding the sum deposited by Verified by Visa/MasterCard Secure Credit/Debit Card, you will be required to use another deposit method that has been used earlier or opt for a bank wire transfer.

• For first-time wire transfer withdrawals, you are required to provide a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
• Accounts funded by specific methods (e.g., Poli, Bpay, Fasapay, Rapidpay, Klarna) are withdrawn via bank wire transfers, which may incur additional charges.
• Domestic bank transfers typically reach your bank within 2-3 business days.
• For withdrawals to a Thai bank account funded via Thai Internet Banking, you will need to upload a clear picture or a colored scan copy of your bank book. Once processed, the funds may take one business day to reach your account.

• You must select the correct blockchain network (e.g., ERC20 or TRC20 for USDT). Using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
• A unique wallet address will be generated for each deposit. Ensure you send the correct coin to the correct address.
• WaveTrade supports the following cryptocurrencies:  Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT – TRC20/ERC20) and Litecoin (LTC)
• Minimum deposit amount is $50 (or crypto equivalent). Deposits below this amount may not be credited.
